just wondering if ready baked chicken would not turn too chewy by the time chunks of onion and capsicum turn soft…
I would add the chicken when the onion and capsicum are ready..

Looks great but is there a simpler way to prepare it? Looks like I would have to purchase about 20 ingredients. Anything come in a jar?

My interest in Indian food is growing and growing, I've been terrified of it because there's a tendency in western cultures to confuse "spicy" and "hot". When I was really young I was scared of curry powder because it was 'spicy'. I have an extremely low tolerance of heat so I never know which spices are ok and what will burn my face off. There will be a lot of taste testing in my future.
