Christmas Hasselback Potatoes | Jamie Oliver



Jamie’s joined by his two little Christmas helpers for this recipe. Beautiful hasselback potatoes roasted in thyme oil and sprinkled with toasted blue cheese breadcrumbs.

I have done hasselback potatoes instead of thyme I crushed up Rosemary………but as usual, Jamie came up with a nice addition, the hazelnuts and toasted bread is a great idea will try that this week on my lot 😉
