  2. Couldn't find my Italian Rice Ball recipe a friend's Mom gave me years ago but this looks like it could be it. Others that I've pulled up had meat inside and hers didn't. Love your personality AND your car. Seems appropriate I should say grazie mille.

  3. Tried this tonight. The risotto recipe went well, but putting the risotto balls I think 150 g of breadcrumbs seemed like a lot. My first try was kinda bready…I think I'll either use 20g of bread crumbs in the mix or drop it entirely. More parmesan cheese! Can't have enough and I might go 1/3 to 1/2 cup.
