Easy Fruit Smoothies 4 Ways
Serves 2 (per recipe)

Strawberry, Banana, Raspberry

INGREDIENTS
1 banana, sliced
1 cup strawberries
1 cup raspberries
2 cups milk

PREPARATION
Mix fruits together in a plastic bag.
Seal bag and place in freezer for up to 6 months.
When ready, mix milk and fruit in a blender until consistency is smooth
Enjoy!.

Pineapple Mango Banana

INGREDIENTS
1 cup pineapple, cubed
1 cup mango, cubed
1 banana, sliced
2 cups milk

  1. With the kiwi and pineapple one, use non-dairy milk like almond/coconut. Dairy milk will cause your smoothie to taste bitter and could cause a bit of stomach ache.

  2. to me, I feel like Bananas are like the main conponent of a smoothy… without it its just missing that rich creaminess and sweetness
