Wanting to build that dream home, do alterations or protect your current home with the latest technology alarm systems – including indoor and outdoor beams?
The Hibiscus Coast Seconds Business Network are pleased to welcome FTR Projects to the Business Network and Circle of Trust.
I was invited to come and see one of Ben and Leonette’s latest projects right here in Uvongo and all I was gobsmacked at what they had to show me. For any of you who have ever watched Top Billing you will understand how impressive this house was with it’s total transformation. For every Spanish tile I stood on – worth R280 per tile – I was guided on a tour through 1380 squares (previously 672 squares) of this impressive structure.
Operating from Banana Beach to Munster as a Mobile Unit, FTR Projects has been working it’s magic on the South Coast for over 6 years. Ben and Leonette take great pride in being honest, trustworthy and build long standing relationships with their clients to ensure that client satisfaction is achieved every time. COC and SOB Registered, FTR are 100% task orientated where the foreman overseas the work of his trusted team, using top class finishes to enhance the quality of the workmanship and they even give a guideline breakdown for his clients in order for them to be aware of exactly how long the project is going to take to be completed.
This example of their latest project started off as a one story house – see picture on left and ended up as a massive 3 story structure – see picture on right.
Using 40 tons of slab concrete, a bass beam system on the roof, a counter-level staircase built with reinforced concrete, endless balconies, sliding doors which open onto themselves to open up the entire side to expose the whole lounge and accessories from matching crystal knobs, wrap doors, up to Jacuzzi style baths – I could go on and on about all it had to offer for hours!
Check out some of the pics below for yourself!
