  2. 3 minutes on each side is for a 'double steak' right? So if it is just one portion of steak we just do it for half the time?

  3. why in the bloody hell would you eat your steak pink or bloody for that matter. You can cook it all the way through while maintaining the tenderness of the steak.

  4. How to cook steak. Step one get a steak. Step 2 season with salt and pepper. Step 3 throw it on the grill Step 4 eat it.

  8. 1:39 do you just take it out and put it on a plate for an hour doesn't the bacteria invade the steak? any plastic wraps to protect it? sorry for my newbieness, i'm just starting with cooking steaks

  9. Hmmm…so Jamie and Gordon have completely different philosophies when it comes to steak. Gordon says to only turn it once while Jamie says to turn it every minute.
