Scrambled eggs can be hard to get right so Jamie’s done a little video to give you a helping hand. There’s three variations on this simple dish – English, French and American. All different. All tasty. Which one is your favourite?

    First I chop up some onions ( you can use scallions), then I whip up the eggs in a bowl adding salt pepper and just a bit of milk. I think it helps the texture. I put some butter in the pan, cook the onions (you can also add some mushrooms if you like). Once the onions are cooked I push them to the side of the pan, add in the eggs move them until they are scrambles and moist, I mix them with the onions add some Tabasco Chipotle sauce because I like them a bit spicy and yummy.?

    I make Canadian scrambled I suppose and put an old smoked cheddar in them! :)?

    Me way :
    – Add A Lot of Butter
    – Crack The Egg In A Pan
    – Mix it With Spatula Randomly
    – Serve it
    – pour the extra butter
    – Voila Done…?

    wait…what. I cook my eggs until there's no moisture. 😮 sometimes I even have little brown marks on them. still tastes good though but might try this way?

    I really prefer English method, coz that way eggs cook much better than other ways.
    Then I really want to try French coz the texture looks totally different?

    In America we add a little mil and fry them until they are well done. If you served them raw like that people would be pissed.?

    i cook them with spinach in them, wilt the spinach with coconut oil in a good non stick pan drain any water from the greens if any then season the greens salt pepper and then crack 4 eggs straight in the pan and then break the yolks up mix it all together serve with bacon or mackerel on toast and you have a breakie fit for an Olympic weightlifter from the uk btw?
