    I love this pasta, but in the end I add some prosciutto I put into the oven until it is nice and crispy…..those little pieces of Prosciutto gives this Pasta a new level of flavour, thnaks to the salty taste of the Prosciutto

    Thanks dudes, I've started cooking and baking so much more often all thanks to +Jamie Oliver and Gennaro, I love these videos! Foccacia is on the menu tonight. Last night was +Alton Brown's chocolate chip cookies, 2 loaves of bread in the past couple weeks, and Swedish cinnamon rolls from +Donal Skehan ! Now I just need some exercise in my life, after all this grubbin'…

    The pasta is overcooked.. but in amalfi we have too pasta with lemon but it's different, it's cream and lemon.
