Would you use the red wine vinegar with the Christmas type – sage , garlic , Clementine zest ?? or leave out red wine vinegar ????

33 years old and i just ate fresh oregano for the first time ever. mixed into a salad with olive oil, lemon juice and salt. fresh is much better then dried herb. i could taste it out so much. yummy. later on i will use it for my classic spaghetti sauce.

No matter what i do, mine never become crispy after just 30 min in the oven, so when i press them with the masher they almost turn into mashed potatoes. Am i using the wrong oven setting? Do i cook them for too long. Pls someone help me?

Made these last night with the exception that I used peeled baby red potatoes and lemon juice instead of vinegar, and they were incredible. Possibly the best potatoes I've ever had. The only complaint I had was that I didn't have more.?
