Give a Child a Family

Give a Child a Family is a Non-Profit and Child Protection Organisation serving the most vulnerable of our children in South Africa. They are rescued by a Social Worker and brought to us for holistic care. We assist them in their most critical times of need and restore some sort of dignity in their lives.

But the unique thing about GCF is that these children are reintegrated either to their own family, after work has been done with them within a year, or new foster families if there isn't family. We realized that secure family is of utmost importance so we work with families in the community through our Prevention and Early Intervention programmes where we raise awareness and help adults, teachers and leaders on how to keep children safe.

We work in the UGU district extending to South Africa and 12 other African countries with the philosophy of CHILDREN IN SECURE FAMILIES... IT'S WHERE THEY BELONG!
