You need to trash wings, its a technique where you put them back in the oven for a short amount of time to make them more crispy, or you can put them over smoke for a little bit if you are smoking them.?

I assume the 45 minutes start when you increase the heat rather than when the oven actually reaches 425°. Is that correct??

Can you still get crispy chicken wings if you don't put baking powder on them? Like, I'd just rather set it and forget it.?

The "teriyaki" wing sauce is absolutely terrible. I just tried it today and they tasted like shit. I even added in 2 teaspoons of ginger and the soy sauce flavor conquered all…?

cooking wings for 80 min seems too much–they'll be leathery?
