    Tip 6: Part boil the egg in its shell first. Then crack into water. It holds its shape so well. Perfection.?

    Jamie, if you stabbed my poached eggs before serving them, those eggs would GO ACROSS THE ROOM. Releasing the lovely yolk is part of the joy of poached eggs. Cook 'em, but don't mess with 'em. (A bit of Hollandaise would be nice, thank you.)?

    Poached: I always put a drop of vinegar, it doesn't make the egg taste like vinegar but I do get a nice shape…and now I have to make some eggs!?

    Oliver is the best at everything in the kitchen. One time, I saw him make a roast and it seemed like everything was a mess. but oh my gosh when he plated it, I could have begged for a slice.?

    Hi Jamie! loved the first 2 ways, but I believe using plastic, and heating it, to cook is not good at all, there are a lot of toxic substances contained in plastic that can be released to the food you´re about to eat!

    It's 2016 and it's sous vide time! The only technique that doesn't drive me nuts. I've tried and practiced poaching eggs for many times, and I still want to pull my hair. Sous vide for 70C for 20 mins 29 secs. Voila perfect poached egg. You can sous vide hundreds of eggs in 1 go. No hassle. Just crack the shell onto bread or egg benedict. Done.?
