En Cuba lo conoci como CACHELO, porque la patata se corta en cachos y como bien dices la starcha espeza el caldo, sobre arroz blanco y una ensalada no necesitas nada mas que pan para limpiar el plato, kudos y gracias

Made this soup yesterday – so ridiculously good! I was a bit skeptical about whether 'cracking' the potatoes as Omar does would really make any difference compared to just cutting them. But I think it did.
