    Knife similar to this you can buy in IKEA, I like to use them.

    Que gazpacho más chungo por dios!!! Que de pimiento, que poco pepino, desde cuando lleva el gazpacho pimienta y comino???? desde cuando se le pone la piel del pepino? Vinagre de jerez??????ojú un verdadero desastre!!!

    This is the best remedy for hangovers.. Anyway that gazpacho looks more like a salmorejo ..Usually its more liquid..

    I always find this version unrefined and it has a bit of an oddly grainy texture. If doing this, sieve at least 3/4ths so it's more smooth. The way it's shows is more like something that's coming out of your mouth after a night of bing-drinking and not a smooth and creamy Summertime treat.

    I made this today, and it turned out really nice. Great balance of flavors, nice texture, and smart thinking on the ice cubes! Will definitely be making this again.

    Hi! I'm spanish, authentic gazpacho doesn't take bread, there is another very similar recipe that take bread, it's SALMOREJO; and for other hand, gazpacho only take salt and a bit of black pepper, no more spices. And finally, andalusian gazpacho takes only ice, at diference to in the rest of Spain. You have made a mix of different forms of gazpacho and salmorejo. Fot ther other, that's good 😉
