An HCS member posted that her daughter had seen a person throw a bicycle into the bush, whilst she was travelling on the back road in Izotcha.
In an amazing act of kindness, the bicycle was recovered and then a notice posted on HCS in an attempt to find the owner.
As luck would have it, the cousin of the lucky young man whose bicycle was stolen in a house burglary, saw the notice on Hibiscus Coast Seconds and set into motion the events which saw the bicycle find it’s way home.
Well done to all concerned, this was a lovely bit of news to wake up to, and testament to the wonderful community spirit on the South Coast.
Enjoy your public holiday. May the wors be with you.
