  1. The eggs don't become creamy no matter how much i wisk them. Should the eggs be cold or be at room temperature? (I'm asking coz i usually start cooking as soon as i take them out of the refrigerator) help please…

  2. Despite all the negative comments the video really made me want an airy omelette and so I did it! It was a truly interesting experience but as I read a lot of comments about rawness I overcooked it a bit from out of fear 😀 It's actually so much about feeling the heat and cooking speed of the egg. But in overall it works just like in the video! I added cheddar cheese. The taste was wonderful, but I lost some of that airiness. I will certainly try it again and will perfect it for myself :)
