I decided to make these potsticker dumplings and they came out super awesome! ty so much for sharing this, you both made the steps simple for me to get these delicious potsticker dumplings finished! so fulfilling and tasty yummm! (I used beef works the same)?

I know this is a Chinese recipe but can Mirin be used instead if I can't find Shaoxing rice wine? Would 1 tbsp still be the correct amount to use for the filling if using Mirin??
