    I know this is a Chinese recipe but can Mirin be used instead if I can't find Shaoxing rice wine? Would 1 tbsp still be the correct amount to use for the filling if using Mirin??

    Would it be possible to substitute the pork for chicken? Im Jewish and I always see potstickers around but because we don't eat pork im never able to make them?
